Shillong — Scotland of the East

DAY 2–3 · 2 NIGHTS · ~100 KM FROM GUWAHATI

Ride up through pine-covered hills to Shillong. Evenings by Umiam Lake, a Khasi tribal dance performance, and time to explore Police Bazaar before the next climb.

Cherrapunji — Into the Clouds

DAY 4 · 1 NIGHT

One of the wettest places on Earth. Trek and rappel down toward Nohkalikai Falls, India's tallest plunge waterfall, before overnighting near the Seven Sisters Falls.

Kaziranga — Rhino Country

DAY 5 · 1 NIGHT

Descend from the hills into Assam's floodplains. A jeep safari through Kaziranga National Park puts you face to face with the greater one-horned rhino, wild water buffalo, and swamp deer.

Dirang — Gateway to the High Himalaya

DAY 6–7 · 2 NIGHTS

Cross into Arunachal Pradesh. Dirang's Monpa villages, apple orchards, and hot springs make for a slower, cultural stretch before the final climb — village walks and a real look at life on the border.

Sela Pass → Tawang

The ride you came for. Climb through Sela Pass, past its sacred frozen lake, and drop into Tawang — home to the largest Buddhist monastery in India, founded in 1681.
