Seven days across Nepal's rugged middle hills and deep into the rain shadow of the Annapurnas. From Kathmandu you take the Prithvi Highway west to Pokhara, then turn north up the Kali Gandaki — the deepest gorge on Earth, cut between two 8,000-metre giants — through Beni and Tatopani to Jomsom, Kagbeni and the temple town of Muktinath at around 12,200 ft.
Subtropical green valleys transform into raw Tibetan desert inside a single day of riding. It is an adventurous, gritty Himalayan motorcycle expedition designed for those who love authentic off-road terrain.
Our most challenging and adventure-focused expedition. Past Beni the route turns into dry riverbeds, loose shale, sand, and glacial water crossings. Strong morning crosswinds require alert riding. Best suited for confident riders with gravel and trail experience.
October & November: Deep blue Himalayan skies, dry riverbeds, and unparalleled mountain visibility.
March & April: Warm temperatures and snow-free gorge tracks before the summer rains. Monsoon season (June–September) is strictly avoided.
Lower Mustang lies inside the Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP). An ACAP entry permit and TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System) registration are mandatory before heading north from Pokhara. We arrange all permits and checkpoints.
